TRUMP ALIGNED WITH ISIS?

THE HEAD of the Democrat party in Arizona said this in a Phoenix meeting Saturday,. October 27: ” … Donald Trump is manipulating that White House and has aligned himself with ISIS…” .
About one hour after her way-off-the-mark comment the White House announced that the top terrorist in ISIS was just killed during a surprise assault by U.S. military forces.
If the President is aligned with ISIS why did he cut-off its head (both figuratively and literally)? That’s a strange way to express alignment.
