Julian Castro, is the former Secretary of HUD under Barry Soetoro Barack Hussein Obama. Julian is currently unemployed but wants people to vote for him so he can get the job of President of the United States.
Julian put his foot in his mouth during the first debate the other night when he actually said on live national TV that transsexual women [biological males] must have their reproductive [abortion] rights protected.
