Air time for each of the two debates is 2 hours. At least 1/2 hour will be lost to commercials, introductions, and questions. That leaves 90 minutes to be divided among the 10 presidential hopefools hopefuls… that’s 9 minutes for each person to answer every question asked; respond to each of the snarky remarks and innuendoes made about them by the other nine members of their party; and to deviate from the agenda in order to make snarky remarks about the other nine members of their party.
