U.S. TO FUND WALLS FOR NATO?

The House of Representatives will not support funding for a border wall for America, but they just passed a bill (357-22) to fund border protection for NATO nations!
There are 235 Democrats in the House, that means over 100 Republicans voted for the bill which will divert taxpayer dollars from their constituents– who are being victimized every day by illegal aliens– and give it to foreign nations to protect their borders!
The bill’s sponsors include some Republicans!
There is a Constitutional problem with the bill in that only the President is empowered to negotiate treaties with foreign countries!
