The rock-throwing, gate-crashing hoard approaching the U.S./Mexico border has filed a lawsuit against President Trump for interfering with their “Constitutional right” to seek asylum in the U.S.!

Asylum is legal protection against deportation based on claims of persecution in, or banishment from, their home country. The complex process is available to non-US citizens who enter the U.S. legally or illegally.

Q: Does The Constitution of the U.S. secure the right of everyone on Earth to seek asylum in the U.S.?

A: No. America recognizes the right of asylum of individuals as specified by international and federal law. A specified number of legally defined refugees  are admitted annually.

A person has two choices. They can apply for asylum with an official agent at the border before crossing. Or they can cross illegally into America and then apply for asylum as a way to avoid being deported if they are ever caught.

“Crossing illegally” has always been simply individuals, or small groups, sneaking into America. But now the Globalist/Liberal methodology of George Soros, the U.N., et. al. is changing.

President Trump is faced with a new threat in the form of forceful illegal entry by a large, organized force. (Sounds like the definition of a wartime invasion to me.)

Federal law forbids the use of military forces to enforce the law. But there is no prohibition against the President using the military to repel an invasion.
