Here’s a chance to use those Critical Thinking skills you learned in [SARCASM ALERT!!] school.
Dateline Africa:
The head man decided to take guns away from the troops assigned to protect elephants from poachers.
The armed troops have been able to prevent all but 14 elephant poachings per year.
So far this year the now unarmed protectors have failed to maintain the 14 per-year loss level . . . in fact, just nine months into the disarmament experiment 87 elephants have been killed by poachers!
Q: Is there a connection between the removal of guns and the increase in poaching?
