WHO DIED AND LEFT FED JUDGES IN-CHARGE?

How does an appointed (non-elected and, therefor, probably political) official have more power than the President?
America’s chief executive, the President, sits at the desk where the buck stops.
Yet anything he initiates can be disallowed by any Federal Judge.
So far in his Presidency Donald Trump has been shut-down by some local federal judge on: 1).His travel ban. 2). Refugee policy. 3). Getting rid of DACA amnesty. 4). Accelerate deportations of Iraqis. 5). Withholding federal grants from sanctuary cities. 6). Modify Obamacare’s contraceptive coverage and 7). Ban on transgender individuals in the military.
Judicial activists, like those the President currently encounters at every turn, believe that they can, and must, deny any actions by the Executive (President) or Legislative (Congress) branches which don’t fit their own political preferences.
