TIME MAGAZINE’S $PECIAL EDITION

Posted in Uncategorized by Baba - Dec 17, 2017

Sometime back Sports Illustrated magazine saw sales diving, and that gave them an idea. DIVING=SWIMMING=SWIMSUITS! Thus the annual Swimsuit Edition was born and sales have been brisk (for that cheesecake issue anyway).

Similarly, Time magazine has come to depend on their special annual issue to supplement dwindling revenues. Their special is called The Person of the Year edition!

This year Time chose the “The Silence Breakers”, a catchy tagline for women who have come forward after living in silence about being victims of sexual misconduct sometime between recently and the last several decades.

The internet has seen the birth of a new hashtag movement called #MeToo which features the women who have broken, or are breaking, their silence and naming their offenders.

Time is hoping 2017 revenues will be bolstered by their choice, kind of like Black Friday for the retail industry where the red (losing money) ink is offset by black (profit) ink from the special deal/issue.

Time features–in the online edition– beautiful, prosperous, and happy prominent women from the entertainment and political world.

Q: Hey Time magazine, how about the rest of the women who have suffered abuse? They are not so happy, or beautiful, or prominent. Are their statistics, if not their names, worth mentioning?

Q: Hey Time magazine, how about people who broke the silence about their victimization in the past by someone very high-up in government, in fact as high-up as you can go? People like Juanita Broaddrick? Why no mention of her?

This is part of the Liberal Agenda to Fundamentally Transform America (L.A.F.T.A. [sounds like laughter].
