“GOOD CONSCIENCE”?

Sen. McCain (RINO-AZ) says he cannot in good conscience vote to repeal and replace Obamacare.
Argument against his explanation is futile since he does not have a good conscience thus rendering any act in good conscience an impossibility.
On behalf of my home state, Arizona, I say to America, “Sorry.”
