Obama’s goal was to beef-up the number of Food Stamp recipients in America. The idea, of course, was to get as many people as possible dependent upon the government for their livelihood. This was a big step toward the implementation of the New World Order. In 2013 the number of Americans on food stamps peaked at 48 million!
Since the Democrats lost the White House states have regained the right to impose work requirements for recipients. Several states have done so.
