To (loosely) quote Bill Clinton in his blow-by-blow account of what went on in the Oval Office between him and a pretty young intern: “What do you mean by the word ‘IS’?”.
Q: Is the world getting warmer? A: No. [Since 1998 the temperature has dropped 1.08 degrees F.] FACT: Global temperatures rise and fall in a natural cycle. Sometimes it is getting warmer and sometimes it is getting cooler.
Q: Was Al Gore, who won a Nobel Prize ($$$) for predicting the complete melting of the polar ice cap by 2014, wrong? A: Yes, he was wrong. [Go visit the polar ice cap. It is larger than ever and growing.] FACT: Ocean temperatures naturally fluctuate less than 1-degree F.
Q: Humans are causing the climate to change, right? A: No. Only about 1% of climate scientists believe human activity causes climate change. The Liberal administration falsely claims that number is 97%. FACT: One of the originators of the man-made global warming concept has admitted the cause of climate change is unknown. His name is Claude Allegre. Incidentally, Al Gore’s personal annual gas/electric bill is $30K!
