Obama intends to establish, in December, a new labor rule that forces small businesses to disclose all consultations with lawyers/consultants in matters involving unionizing.

The revised rule would require attorneys to disclose their client lists and what is said.

Obama claims the rule is needed because it disallows confidentiality between employers and employees.

This is a clear effort to give union organizers the upper hand by limiting the employers’ ability to communicate with their employees.
