Obama promised, back in 2008, to close Guantanamo. He uses a Periodic Review Board (PRB) to schedule the release of each inmate.
Last Sunday Barack Hussein released 10 more Gitmo inmates to Oman.
Guantanamo remains in full operating mode today with 45 terrorist suspects in residence. Also, Trump has promised to keep Guantanamo open, so it looks like another bunch of his words for Pres. Soetoro to eat (unless he has a BIG surprise in-store for the next 3 days).
