A MEASURE OF MEDIA BIAS

It makes sense that a comparison of media coverage of identical events held by both parties would yield a valid indicator of media neutrality, or bias. Right?
OK, so let’s compare coverage by the morning shows of NBC, ABC, and CBS of Bush’s farewell speech in 2009 to Obama’s farewell speech yesterday.
The three networks devoted a total of zero minutes and 55 seconds of airtime to Bush back in 2009.
The same three networks devoted 16 minutes and 5 seconds to Barry’s speech last night.
So there is a bias of 17.5X. That massive bias is in favor of Democrats.
