As a recognition of the sanctity of human life the Governor of Texas wants all aborted babies to be cremated or given a burial.

Since selling parts of, or all of, aborted babies is not a legitimate commercial enterprise, and since human remains are not trash to be thrown in a dumpster, what objections could anyone have?

A group has threatened to file a lawsuit against Texas to stop the enactment of the new law scheduled for mid-December.

What is their problem with the law? Could it be they may lose money as a result? Could it be they could lose needful “material” for some unimaginable activity? Could it be they feel the law is an infringement upon a woman’s right to abort her pregnancy without government interference?

Well, the group threatening the lawsuit is The Satanic Temple, so you can guess the reason, or reasons, they want aborted baby’s remains to continue being nothing other than “bio-waste”.
