New insight into Rep. Keith Ellison’s past was revealed yesterday by the Jewish Defense League. In a supporter rally six years ago Ellison said, on the record:

U.S. foreign policy is governed by what is good or bad [for Israel]. A region of 350 million all turns on a country of 7 million. Does that make sense? Is that logic? Right? When Americans who trace their roots back to those 350 million get involved, everything changes.” 

That phrase, “… everything changes” , is disturbing at best.

DNC official policy states: “A strong and secure Israel is vital to the United States because we share overarching strategic interests and the common values of democracy, equality, tolerance, and pluralism.” 

Clearly Ellison is at odds with fundamental DNC policy. Read more.
