POTUS Elect Donald J. Trump announced HE will not pursue charges against the three  Clintons.

Trump did NOT say the incoming Attorney General/DOJ/FBI/IRS/Corporation Commission/SEC/ etc. folks will not pursue justice and enforce the law.

As we know from recent experience, the President is NOT at liberty to instruct law enforcement agencies to turn a blind eye on law-breakers.

IF the Clintons were to be charged AND convicted of crimes, then Trump would have the power to pardon them. The business of charging and convicting is not up to Trump, it is PRESCRIBED by law.

In his (our) new Law and Order driven society which begins Jan. 21, 2017, even Trump will not have the power to ignore lawlessness. He can pardon after conviction, but he cannot knowingly allow someone to act above the law.

If Trump’s Attorney General and FBI head do not pursue the Clintons, then we have more of the same … Loretta Lynch and James Comey.

In a law-abiding government if you call the dance you must pay the piper, if you make your bed you must sleep in it, if you use a fake foundation to steal tens of millions from Haitians … well, you get the point.

We are just coming-out of an administration where the POTUS wrongfully interfered with the enforcement of law and order. The American people reacted- in spectacular fashion- to that 14 days ago!

What The Donald is saying is that he has decided not to follow-through with his statement from the debates where he said he would appoint a Special Prosecutor on day-one.
