ONE DAY IN SEVEN. FLEE FROM POLITICS!

Thus far in human history the vast majority of mankind has accepted one of six main belief systems regarding a supernatural, Higher Being, or Beings.
Take a minute to consider where you fit into the framework of human spirituality. Even if you believe there is no such thing as a spiritual realm (Atheism), you still fall into one of these six groups:
(NOTE: The number in brackets is the approximate percentage of the world population that follows that belief system.)
Animism: Spirits and Forces influence human lives. Humans must decide which spirits are impacting them. There is no Higher Being, and therefore no communication. [6.7%].
Atheism: There is no Higher Being of any kind, so there can be no communication. [?]
Buddhism: There is no Higher Being of any kind and, therefore, no communication. The universe has no beginning or end. Guatama Buddha does not claim to be ‘God’, nor does he claim that Buddhism leads to ‘God’. [8.2%]
Christianity: There is an infinite, eternal, and unchangeable God who created and sustains all things. He communicates with humans exclusively through the Holy Bible. [37%]
Hinduism: The universe is an illusion. Some Hindus believe there are 33 million gods, while others believe that there is one ultimate reality, Brahman. Yet, Brahman is not a personal Higher Being. He is more like a force, who is completely uninvolved with the universe (which is an illusion anyway). While there are sacred writings in Hinduism, there is no communication from a personal Higher Being. [18%]
Islam: There is a Higher Being called Allah. He brought everything into existence through his prophet Mohammed. Communication is through the Koran. Allah is not the God of Christianity. [27%]
“Choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” –Joshua chapter 24,verse 15. King James Bible.
“Everybody’s gotta serve somebody” –Bob Dylan
