The State Dept. funded a Peace Corps program John Kerry’s daughter operated. The money was awarded without competition.

Seed Global Health was given a $3M contract in September of 2012. Senator Papa John Kerry was then the chairman of the Committee which oversees both the Department of State and the Peace Corps! (Is this collusion, corruption, conflict-of-interest, or some other illegal setup?)

After 3-years the non-profit secured a 4-year extension, again without competition. This time they got $6.4M from the State Dept. where former Senator Kerry is now the boss!  (Is this collusion, corruption, conflict-of-interest, or some other illegal setup?)
