The AZ state Supreme Court has ruled that the Nov.8 ballot can include Prop. 205, a Recreational Marijuana initiative.

Colorado and Washington voters have already decriminalized pot use. How’s that going for them?

Well, in Colorado lawmakers had to adjust their law as an afterthought when children became sick after ingesting (completely legal) pot-laced gummy bears. But, because Arizona ballot measures are Voter Protected, no such “adjustments” to the law are possible.

The proposed law makes it nearly impossible to prove a person was driving while under the influence of marijuana. Existing DUI laws will be weakened by this law. Arizona streets and highways will become more dangerous.

If voters reject Prop. 205 Arizonans currently being treated with medical marijuana will be unaffected.

Prop. 205 exists solely to legalize getting high by smoking high-potency pot, or by eating candy laced with high-potency pot.
