Until Hillary is actually convicted of treasonous malfeasance Barack Hussein cannot add her to his list of people to be pardoned.

Barack Hussein/Valerie Jarrett (POTUS) should direct Loretta Lynch (Attorney General) to order Jim Comey (FBI)to hurry-up and recommend charges be filed against Hillary. Then she can be put on an accelerated conviction/sentencing regimen and be pardoned so she can continue running for President.

Once elected she could then appoint the newly unemployed Obama to whatever position they had agreed upon, probably Sec. of State [note the irony here…that is the position Obama offered Hillary in 2008 to get her to drop-out of the race.] Then all Barack and Valerie need to do is impose the “Final Solution” on Elizabeth Warren (Vice-President); Paul Ryan (Speaker of the House);and Orrin Hatch (President Pro Tem of the Senate). That’s it! Barry Soetoro is back in the White House by March of 2017!
