He used personal email for State Dept. business just like his boss Hillary Clinton. When his practice was discovered he was subjected to disciplinary action. He resigned shortly thereafter in 2012.

So, apparently the way Liberal Doctrine applies justice is on a case-by-case basis. What is a punishable offense for one person may not be for another.

What Hillary admittedly did during her time as Sec. of State was a clear violation of the department policy which states that she “had an obligation to discuss using her personal email account to conduct official business.” Had she done so, the department would not have approved her exclusive use of a personal email because of potential security risks and because of restrictions on the transmission of sensitive information. This is according to official State Department investigative findings released in a report today.
