BERNIE DISTRACTING HILLARY FROM THE COMING TRUMP BARRAGE
Posted in Uncategorized by Baba - May 25, 2016
The only reason there is an ongoing contest to determine who will be the next President comes down to one person. It’s like there is a third fighter in the ring.
Everybody knows the Republicans cannot, no matter how much they would like to, stop Donald Trump from being their candidate. A done deal.
The Democrats rule of Superdelegates was designed to protect Hillary from all challengers and it is working as planned. Almost a done deal.
That leaves Bernie Sanders. Doomed to defeat by the DNC Superdelegate rule, he continues to take his licking and keep on ticking.
The main event can’t begin until they get Sanders out of the ring, or can it?
The fight will be decided by the smallest of the three groups of voters, the Undecided.
Decided voters are either going to vote for Hillary or Donald no matter how the fight goes. True Conservative and Liberal voters will never cross-over. No matter what scandal is brought to light, no matter what weakness is revealed, no matter what damning evidence is presented, if their candidate is still standing they will vote the party line. Historically, plus or minus 47% of those who vote in November will vote for Hillary, and 47% for Donald, no matter what.
That group of 6% of the voters will determine whether the Electoral College appoints Donald or Hillary to be POTUS # 45.
So, both Trump and Hillary want that group of 6% to vote for them and it is for that that they are poised to do battle.
The American way of campaigning is not to promote your candidate’s virtues, but to create and broadcast an image of the opponent’s weaknesses, flaws, and overall unlikeableness.
Trump is free to initiate his battle plan against Hillary. But she is distracted by the pesky Vermont Socialist. Using the boxing metaphor, the bell has rung to begin Round 1, but there is a third fighter in the ring who is ignoring Donald and focusing on knocking Hillary out. This is good for Donald and bad for Hillary.
So who will win? Whoever gets 51% (a majority) of the 6% group of undecided voters.
Let’s watch the fight!.. [announcer] “And Trump lands a strong right jab with a reference to Vince Foster, sending Hillary back on her heels!”…
