ONE NORMAL TOPIC FOR ELECTION YEAR DEBATE IS MISSING

One major subject of debate every 4-years is the performance of the outgoing President.
But this year is different. There is not much focus on Obama’s record, pro or con. Why is that?
The GOP and Trump are too busy fighting each other to proclaim Obama’s historic 8-year failure.
Clinton and Sanders are forbidden by the DNC to naysay Barack Hussein’s presidency.
That leaves the Press to praise or condemn Obama.
Newspapers are being sold faster than the presses can run by printing stories of the GOP vs. Trump fight, and the Clinton vs. Sanders bout. Who cares about the (ho-hum) current occupant of the White House?
One recent pic of Obama in the NY Times shows him surrounded by doting ladies at a dedication ceremony for the Museum of Women’s Equality. Another shot on ABC News shows Obama’s (well, actually America’s) helicopter landing the grounds of Windsor Castle for the Queen’s birthday party. Then there’s a pic of Barack in Doctoral robes at the Howard University commencement; and the tuxedo-clad president yukking it up at the Press Corp dinner; or the brave man drinking from a glass of Flint city water; or grooving with Aretha Franklin at a jazz concert; or pensively listening to the Saudi King; or the jubilant diplomat posing in front of a massive portrait of Che Guevara with his Communist friends in Cuba.
All these flattering photo ops, but not a word about his unprecedented failure as POTUS!
The GOP and Trump had better turn the guns toward Hillary and Barack lest people think another term of Liberal leadership would be a good thing.
