The committee cited Obama’s “promotion of nuclear nonproliferation and a new climate in international relations especially in reaching out to the Muslim world.”.

Award number two is, ironically,the distinction of being the most war-mongering President in U.S.history! Not one of his 43 predecessors led America into as much prolonged armed conflict as he has since becoming Commander-in-Chief in January of 2009.
