Barack Hussein recently issued a royal decree warning every  “ teacher, school administrator, educator, school contractor, or person volunteering at a school who does not comply.” that he will defund their school if they attempt to enforce the Biological Paradigm (only persons with XY-chromosomes use Boy/Men facilities, and only persons with XX-chromosomes use Girl/Women facilities).

Consistent with the Liberal/Communist Doctrine that guides him, Obama has, once again, circumvented the rule of law in an effort to take Constitutional power to self-govern from the States and transfer it to the federal government.

This is just another, albeit bolder, step in the Liberal Agenda to Fundamentally Transform America (LAFTA).

Congress is supposed to give the President’s power to act, and to check that power should it ever be unlawfully wielded. Has that Check and Balance function worked in this case? Hmmm.

As of yesterday, 73 of the 435 members (17%) of The House of Representatives have signed a letter from Congress to the Dept. of Education, and to the Dept. of Justice, demanding that they explain by what authority this act is being foisted upon the States, and how they plan to enforce it.

246 members of the House of Representatives were elected by Republican voters, yet only 73 signatures have been affixed to the letter. Hmmm. [Thanks to dailysignal.com]
