WHY IS GOP ESTABLISHMENT PUSHING A NO-CHANCE CANDIDATE?

John Kasich has no more chance of winning the Republican nomination than Jimmy McMillan, a candidate who is Chairman of the Rent Is Too Damn High party. Why is the Establishment cheering for an exhausted runner like Kasich who has been lapped multiple times with just a few laps to go?
Here’s an example of Gov. Kasich’s campaigning style from a recent one-on-one interview:
“Listen, at the end of the day I think the Republican Party wants to pick somebody who actually can win in the fall…” Kasich began.
“If you’ve only won Ohio…” Sevastopulo butted in.
“Can I finish?” Kasich said.
“If you answer the question,” Sevastopulo responded.
“I’m answering the question the way I want to answer it,” Kasich said. “You want to answer it?”
Kasich then snatched the reporter’s recorder and turned it toward him: “What do you think?”
“I think you should answer the question,” Sevastopulo said.
John says he “actually can win”? Hmmm.
Clearly, the GOP string-pullers want a spoiler in the race who can get in Trump’s way and stay out of Cruz’s way.
Recently a town-hall participant told the Ohio governor he supports his candidacy but doesn’t understand how he’ll win if he refuses to attack his competitors; Kasich responded, “I’m not sure if my purpose is to be president.” (???)
Well, here’s John explaining to an interviewer how he is NOT a spoiler, but a viable candidate who can win the race despite being hopelessly far behind the leaders:
