Liberal Liar, the favorite, is leading on the rail after a quick start.
Here comes Socialist/Commie on the outside!
The favorite is drifting off the rail, moving right, then back again, her stride is faltering.
The challenger closes while Liberal Liar encounters traffic. Special Interests, Free Trade, and Iraq War are slowing her down while Socialist/Commie runs free!
Socialist/Commie has gone to the far left to skirt the traffic. The gap is closing. We’ve got a horse race ladies and gentlemen!
The challenger eases past Knock Out down the back straightaway drawing the favorite within reach. Now they begin to banter and bump, ignoring the field.
Positioning for the far turn into the final straightaway both riders show their style. Ad Hominem draws near as the pace quickens. Liberal Liar seems panicky.
The favorite seems startled, unsettled even. The longshot is looking strong, energized by Liberal Liar’s confusion. It’s all whips and hooves now!
Can the challenger overcome massive odds-against numbers?
