If you ask a political candidate if they agree with the concept of punishing lawbreakers you put them in a position of having to answer, “NO”, and look like a bleeding-heart anarchist, or answer, “YES”, and look like a person who believes lawbreakers cannot have automatic immunity.

Now, ask the same question but specify that the law being broken is undergoing an ILLEGAL abortion.

The candidate still has the same two choices. . . say “no” and appear soft on crime, or say “yes” and be called a heartless misogynist.

If Roe v. Wade is reversed and abortion becomes illegal, should women be free to ignore the new law and have an abortion any time they choose and be immune to prosecution? That is anarchy. That is chaos. No nation can thrive without the Rule of Law.

Trump didn’t say he hates women, he said he loves the Rule of Law. Big difference.
