OBAMA ANNOUNCES ANTI-GUN SCOTUS NOMINEE

Merrick Garland is a Chicago/Washington D.C. “Moderate” Democrat who clerked for SCOTUS Judge Brennan after graduating from Harvard.
He was appointed by Clinton to be Chief Judge of the D.C. Appeals Court, he was approved by a vote of 76-23.
Garland was passed-over for SCOTUS by Obama in 2009 in favor of Sotomayor.
Garland is a strong opponent of the Second Amendment. He ruled in favor of illegal actions involving a Federal Gun Registry in which law-abiding citizens are closely monitored by ATF.
