PRESIDENT SAYS SCOTUS IS “NOT NORMAL!”

When the head of one of the three branches of a nation’s government declares a final ruling by one of the other branches “…cannot be allowed to stand!”, you are probably talking about a third-world nation, right?
Joe Biden said the Supreme Court’s 6-3 ruling striking-down race-based admission policy for schools, “cannot be the last word!”
Any reasonable interpretaton of the President’s remarks will lead to the conclusion that he is challenging the authority of the Judicial Branch of America’s government.
