DEI identifies the current ideological transition in developed nations.

“D” is for diversity. “E” is for equity. “I” is for inclusion.

The new definitions of these three simple words are at variance with what most of us think they mean.

“Diversity” is no longer an expression of the breadth of human experience. It is now a DEMAND to flatter and grant privileges to certain groups identified as “oppressed”.

“Equity” no longer expresses the concept of benefits being based upon merit and effort. It now means equal outcome for all regardless of character, competence, effort, or merit.

“Inclusion” no longer means to be made part of something. It now defines a social system where identity groups are celebrated, while those who disagree are maligned and cancelled.

Democrats like the new DEI system. They think supporting it will result-in more votes at election time.
