FACT 1: On January 22nd, 2009, Hillary Clinton signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) binding her to protect classified information and confirming her understanding that failure to do so is criminal conduct and subject to prosecution. That signed agreement is a matter of public record.

FACT 2: While serving as Sec. of State Hillary Clinton did, in fact, violate the NDA by using a private email server to transmit and receive classified information.

FACT 3: This summer the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) discovered four emails on Clinton’s private server containing classified information, including two with the most sensitive classification of Top Secret.

FACT 4:  Former CIA Director David Petraeus was prosecuted for violating NDAs identical to Hillary’s. He shared emails with his girlfriend. The federal court clearly stated that his violation of the NDA constituted criminal conduct.

FACT5: David Snowden has been prosecuted for criminal conduct involving the improper dissemination of classified information.
