Let’s begin with an example of Joe Biden’s mental condition.

While officiating at a commissioning ceremony for the new nuclear attack submarine USS Delaware, on Saturday, Biden said this: “I’m deeply proud of the work [Jill is] doing as first lady with Joining Forces initiative she started with Michelle Obama when she was vice president…”

From this statement we gather that Joe thinks the current VPOTUS is named Jill, and Jill’s contemporary predecessor was named Michelle Obama. Both conclusions are wrong because the current VP is Kamala Harris, and Michelle Obama was FLOTUS from January 2009 thru January 2016, but was NEVER vice-president.

Shortly after delivering this tragically revealing gobbledegook, Joe stood tall, snapped into a limp-wristed salute… and drifted-off to sleep! (see pic below).

UPDATE 4-3-22 The White House released the revised official transcript of the words that should have come-out of Biden’s mouth: “And I’m deeply proud of the work she is doing as First Lady with Joining Forces initiative she started with Michelle Obama when she [I] was Vice President and now carries on,” (The nap is not mentioned in the revised version of the day’s gala event.)
