Merit (qualifications based upon education, experience, and suitability) is NOT considered when a Racist, Sexist, or Socialist makes a decision. Such considerations lead to Equality (everyone has an equal chance) which is not the goal. What Joe Biden is seeking for America is Equity (everyone gets an equal share).
