DEMOCRATS INVOKE CIVIL WAR MEASURE

After the Civil War the Constitution was amended to add certain necessary changes resulting from that conflict.
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment disallowed anyone serving in Congress who was party to the Confederate States of America. The exclusion of such persons was based upon insurrection and/or rebellion.
Today, Democrats are using the Amendment to attempt to disqualify Rep. Cawthorn (R-NC) from running for reelection. Their claim is that he was party to the Jan. 6, 2021 event at the nation’s capitol.
Democrats have been trying to classify the Jan. 6 events as “insurrection and rebellion”. In truth (yet to be discovered) that event was infiltrated by outside actors who hijacked it to make it look like an act of insurrection. Peaceful demonstrators were drawn into illegal acts by those undercover agents of who knows which government agencies.
Democrats then create their invalid syllogism: Jan. 6 was insurrection and rebellion. Cawthorn was party to the Jan.6 event. Therefor, Cawthorn is excluded from running for Congress by the 14 Amendment.
Democrats are desperate. They sense their probable annihilation in the November 2022 mid-term election, especially if they are unable to manipulate the outcome like they did in November of 2020.
Save America. Register and vote against Democrats at every level.
