That opening at the Dept. of Energy for a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition has been filled.
Sam Brinton got the job. His qualifications include experience as a “Pup Handler” which is, basically, a homosexual man who plays the role of the Alpha dog in a pack of men who dress as dogs. Suffice it to say these men/dogs have not been neutered.
