Be sure to contact your Senators and Representative in D.C. and let them know how much you appreciate them sending free crack pipes–which they call “smoking kits and supplies”– to the slums (aka “underserved areas”) of America.

Biden is doing this in the name of “racial equity”. It seems there are neighborhoods where people cannot afford to by a pipe because they spent their last dollar (including the kid’s food money) on crack cocaine.

The legality of this government program is worth looking-at, as is the ethical question of how promoting addiction to a deadly substance falls under the Constitutional responsibility, and authority of the government.
