If Joey wants a Black female on the Supreme Court bench regardless of the availability of qualified nominees, why not just have the most qualified candidate identify as a Black female?

It seems the Democrats are all aboard the game where fantasy and pretense is considered to be identical and interchangeable with reality. So, what’s the problem?

According to the rules of the Identify As Game a White male, let’s say Bruce Jenner for example, actually becomes a Black female if he declares he is.

Or, is there more than one playing field in the “Identify As” game? Is there another arena where people must adhere to biological, chromosome-based, scientific determination of sex and race? That seems to be duplicitous.
