New York state’s elected representatives have processed a bill which will come-up for signing and become a law in January of 2022.
What the law will do is allow state authorities to detain ANYONE based solely upon the POSSIBILITY that the person might pose the possibility of spreading a viral infection.
A person so detained may then be “removed from public life for an indefinite period”
