California’s The Reproductive FACT Act, requires all pregnancy centers that are licensed as clinics to post the following notice:
“California has public programs that provide immediate free or low-cost access to abortion for eligible women. To determine whether you qualify, contact the county social services office at [insert the telephone number].”

Gov. Moonbeam’s Liberal government can now force pro-life pregnancy centers, who get no funding from the government,to advertise and promote taxpayer-funded abortion services such as Planned Parenthood.

The rationale behind the law is that a woman who visits a pro-life clinic and is not informed by them that one option available to her is to end the life of her baby she might allow her baby to continue developing and be born. The fact is that any pregnant woman who wants to kill her baby will do so whether a pro-life clinic informs her or not. An abortion-minded woman does not depend upon a pro-life clinic for help killing her baby.

This is inappropriate and unwarranted government intrusion.

Notice how the Anti-Life folks composed this video without mentioning the specific content of the Act…
