The Chief of Registration for Fulton County Georgia was asked for the precise number of absentee ballots sent-out to voters leading-up to the November 2020 election. He was able to supply an approximate number but said he had no idea about the precise (actual) quantity!
If you mail-out 100 ballots and you get 137 ballots back… something is rotten. Therefor, it seems essential to know how many ballots were sent-out.
But, alas, in Fulton County Georgia the folks in-charge admit they do not know how many ballots were sent-out. Question: Isn’t there a list of addresses for those qualified to vote absentee? If not, to whom were the ballots sent? Is that also unknown?
