“REPUBLICAN” IS A POLITICAL PARTY…

“CONSERVATIVE” is an ideology. The two are no longer the same.

People born in the 40’s and 50’s may still think Republican equals Conservative because it once did. But no longer.

A Republican politician once stood for free enterprise; limited government; individual freedom and responsibility; traditional family values; a strong border and national defense; a balanced budget, and more. Today? Not so much.

If you meet the lawful requirements to vote and choose to not vote… stop shaming yourself! Get registered. Get informed. Vote for the people and actions that represent your beliefs about what America should be.

Be careful about buying into the outdated images projected by the two prevailing political “Brands”.

Democrats can pretty much be counted-on to follow the dictates of their party leaders in Congress. They are not bound by any personal beliefs. They are mostly all-in for the Party line, which is usually diametrically opposed to the Conservative values listed above. .

Republicans were once defenders of Conservative ideology. But today a politician can win as a Republican and use their power as an elected official to oppose some, or all, of the Conservative beliefs.

There is no “Conservative” party, and it is not on the horizon. Conservative voters must be wary and diligent.

The situation today is this: all Democrats will oppose Conservative values; some Republicans will support Conservatives, as will some Independents. Just look HERE, or HERE at the voting records of current politicians to verify this proposition.

There was a surge in optimism recently when it looked like Trump might start a party devoted to Conservative values, but it is not going to happen. He is going all-in with the Republican party where many non-Conservatives dwell.

Don’t think “Republican = Conservative”. Remember, Democrats and RINO’s (Republicans in name only) are most likely to consistently vote against Conservative values.
