Similar to an Amber Alert (missing child), or a Silver Alert (missing old person), this is a Sniffer Alert.
The current (usurper) President of the United States of America was last seen moving about the country. That movement automatically triggers a nationwide Sniffer Alert. The purpose of the advisory is prepare all area females, both adult and children, for unwanted stroking, grasping, groping, and/or sniffing by the subject male.
