A: Retiring to a leisurely life of chasing his dog and sniffing women’s hair.
Instead of retiring Joe has been told he has a new job.
In preparing for his new gig Joe recently introduced a trusted close friend he wants to lead one of the cabinet positions.
The man’s surname is Becerra, pronounced Bah’-ser-uh. Joe pronounced it, on national television, as Bak’-ur-ee-ah.
Mr. Becerra has been told he will head the Department of Health and Human Services. Biden said, on live TV, the department is Health and Education Services (which does not exist.)
Joe could have avoided both blunders simply by reading either one of the two Teleprompters in front of him.
